Do I need a diagnosis? No you don't. With or without a diagnosis, we will still focus on symptom management and the impact stress, worry and for instance frustration have on their severity.
Is this therapy or coaching? Essentially it's a combination of both.
What happens in a session? Usually I obtain some background information from you as well as what led to you reaching out and your concerns. From then on, you direct what we focus on and discuss. This is your time. If you simply want to vent or learn tools or manage symptoms or learn to live more meaningfully or focus on a combination, that's ok.
